Refund policy

Return/Exchanges

We offer STORE CREDIT ONLY and will honor exchanges. If a return/exchange is needed we have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we require the customer to purchase a return label in order to be shipped back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to not process any order that shows signs or wear and tear, smell of perfume or smoke, alterations, or damages. 

Any returns shipped that do not qualify for an exchange or refund will be shipped back to you, the customer, at your expense.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned; Sale Items that are 40% off +, jewelry, hats, hair accessories, intimates (bralettes, bodysuits).
